A common intelligence layer for the human and digital workforce

Traditional HR systems primarily administer employee information. Applicant tracking systems manage candidates. AI platforms manage agents. Workflow systems manage automation. Each of these tools does one job well, but each treats its slice of the workforce as a separate category, disconnected from the rest.

As human workers and increasingly capable AI systems work side by side, organizations need more than a set of disconnected systems of record. They need a common intelligence layer that connects the work that needs to be done with the roles, responsibilities, and people — human or digital — who can do it.
